  • Meals for the nominated day including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held on Monday 18th April 2016 including a 3 course set menu. This function is included in the full registration only. Tickets can be purchased on the registration page.

Early Bird Registration

An Early Bird rate is being offered to those who register and pay prior to 11th March 2016. All new and outstanding registrations will be transferred to the standard rate after this date.

Concession Registration

Concession registration is available for full time students and unwaged persons. A discount will be applied to the full registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).

Conditions

Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.

Payment Conditions

Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.

The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after Monday 4th April 2016 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.

Refunds and Cancellations

The Conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 4th March 2016. Registration cancellation received between Friday 4th March 2016 and Friday 18th March 2016 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after Friday 18th March 2016.

Accommodation
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.

Insurance – It is the responsibility of delegate’s to arrange their own travel insurance. The Conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
